When the half-cent sales tax passes, the plan is to build two state of the art 750 seat elementary schools.
These two schools will take students from Five Points and Niblack and relocate them to a new campus, as well as combining Melrose Park and Eastside being combined and relocated.
All the other Columbia County Schools will get renovated classrooms, new and upgraded safety measures, remodeled spaces, renovated music rooms, replace the district’s three tracks, improved parking lots and parent drop-off and pickup designs.
